The repairs were professionally done in a timely matter and the finished results exceeded my expectations. Having said that, where Bob sets himself apart is in dealing with the insurance company. Before Bob got involved the insurance company threw up road blocks everywhere they could. For six months there was no progress toward any repairs. When Bob entered the picture he spoke to the insurance company in their language and made them fulfill their obligations. i would not hesitate to use him again. read less
