At Ore Construction, we know that the costs of a home renovation can be daunting. We also know that as interest rates go up this year and it’s going to make for a more competitive market. Some homeowners are waiting weeks to hear back about their estimate with a different contractor, but these estimates come back way above the price the client can afford. But that won’t happen with us- your budget is safe with our team. We offer 72 hours of turnaround on estimates, so you know what you’re getting from us before we start working on your project. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for and how long it will take.
Our Pricing Packages
Our team has decades of versatile experience in home renovations and repairs—from interior design to landscaping work—and we know that every project is unique. We approach each project with our own set of skill sets and knowledge bases, but always with an eye toward making sure you get exactly what you want at the best possible price.
We offer two packages: Upper/Middle Finish (which includes things like cabinetry installation, drywall repair/replacement, painting) and Lower/Standard Finish (which includes flooring installation).
Upper/Middle Finish….. Prices range from $28,0000 to $45,000
Lower/Standard Finish….. Prices range from $20,000 to $30,000
